I’m Adam Zaitz, an award-winning Compass Broker Associate + Real Estate Agent and broker based in Denver, Colorado. My only goal is to serve your needs, your desires, your vision for a home or a move – on your timeline and with your specific and unique goals in mind.

For close to 10 years, I’ve worked intimately and closely with home buyers and sellers, acting as consultant, steward and facilitator of the entire process of buying and selling, from start to finish.

From high-level marketing and staging on the seller side to showings, negotiations and complete contract to close services by my team of title companies, home inspectors, appraisers, lawyers and vendors – we are here for you whenever the time is right to start thinking of buying or selling a home.

My favorite part of this work? Getting to know my clients on a more intimate basis, to earn their trust and business, to be a steward for their dreams and what it means to be home.
